Was President Trump Framed By Paul Singer Republicanism Against A Key Structual Flaw In U.S. Policy Dating Back To The Clinton-Bush Era?

LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - An ongoing policy dispute dating back to the Trump Administration has been exposed on a key structual flaw in U.S. Policy dating back to the Clinton-Bush era. Thousands of Low Power FM (LPFM) radio stations through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) have had their civil rights violated for many, many years through oppression/suppression for being left behind in U.S. Policy by continually being destroyed by Lobbyists (Bribery) Firms in Washington, D.C. who ensure policy in the system works for a very few. President Trump may have been framed on this very key issue by his own political party which was brought into the spotlight during the CARES Act by 2020 showing a structural fix (i.e. Paycheck Protection Program - PPP) was actually made to serve those thousands of Low Power FM stations through inclusion for the very first time since 1999. Documents on file at Las Vegas Public Radio and on file at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) show this visible structual flaw in U.S. Policy and it was no doubt done on purpose for many, many years to block these thousands of LPFM radio stations from accessing critical federal tax payer funds needed to operate their broadcast facilities adequately.

Las Vegas Public Radio sees a correlation between the present National Public Radio (NPR) scandals and this very key U.S. Policy against the Telecommunications Act of 1934 in SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities.

In 2017, former Trump Advisory Board Member and President & CEO of Las Vegas Public Radio began notifying the Trump Administration and former FCC Chairman Pai on the need for an LPFM Inspector General position to be created within the U.S. Government which had an actual action plan to fix this structual flaw in U.S. Policy. This request went unanswered since it was a plan for inclusion for those thousands of LPFM stations to be added into funding pools at the CPB that Congress allocates to this quasi-federal agency annually. Did President Trump even know about this plan? Were those holdovers from the Clinton-Bush era purposely blocking this crtical structual flaw from President Trump's attention so he could effectively remove the 2005 George W. Bush Jr. appointee who has been running the CPB and has known about this structual flaw for many, many years? Could this be the driving force of the single 18 U.S. Code 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law federal charge as a primary motivator to lock up President Trump because he failed to remove the 2005 George W. Bush Jr. appointee to the CPB who should have left the CPB at the end of the George W Bush, Jr's term? This structual flaw in U.S. Policy could have been easily fixed as far back as the Obama administration if a new CPB head was appointed. These appointements to the CPB are made by the President so the questions remain, "Why didn't President Obama, President Trump or even President Biden appoint their own CPB heads?" and "What makes this 2005 George W. Bush Jr. holdover so special to exclude thousands of LPFM stations in federal funding pools with simple 1-2 page Radio CSG applications?". Are ongoing politics being played by Paul Singer Republicanism at the expense of thousands of LPFM stations and other organizations dealing with policy built on layers of "bullshit" for many years for something as simple as, "Here's a radio station here's how much it needs to keep it's operations going". Why has this quasi-federal CPB agency been picking broadcast winners and losers annually as the Constitution of the United States under the First Amendment states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.". But Congress has for at least the past 25+ years... which explains why KIOF-LP 97.9 FM never returned to air and why KIOF 90.1 FM is not on the air presently.

Las Vegas Public Radio wants to thank all of our friends from across the political spectrum: Uri Berliner, Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson and many others who broke the recent stories about NPR. President Obama may have purposely stacked NPR with it's editorial board to blow up NPR and its funding apparatuses to finally fix this structual flaw impacting LPFM stations across the nation once and for all without the influence of NPR Lobbying (Bribery) Firms touching policy. We hope to see President Obama and President Trump stop by our radio station in the near future once KIOF 90.1 FM is on the air broadcasting at 48,000 Watts FM that fixes the other problem with the LPFM service - the Emergency Alert System (EAS) tones and the "Las Vegas Public Radio" brand name are heard clearly.
