President Trump Has Called For The Corporation For Public Broadcasting (CPB) To Be Defunded; Could NPR & PBS Attorneys/Lobbyists Along With State Of Nevada Department Of Education Employees And State Legislators Be Heading To State & Federal Prisons For Their Roles In The NPR & PBS Grift (Swindling & Government Censorship)?

LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - U.S. Marshals could surely be busy after next week's U.S. Senate vote to rescind more than $1.1 Billion in public broadcasting industry funds after the greatest NPR & PBS Grift (swindling and government censorship) was uncovered across the United States operating within state Department of Education "agencies" as well as at the Corporation For Public Broadcasting (CPB).

President Trump has called repeatadly for the U.S. Congress and U.S. Senate to act to defund National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) along with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) after it was discovered a selective serving group of crooks were operating in each state Department of Education "agencies" including right here in the Nevada Department of Education who have been embezzling millions of state and federal tax payer dollars to just only 1 to 3 different organizations operating within the state over several years and the king pin NPR Affiliate operating in the state who robbed the tax payers blind including former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate And KIOF from operating because "they" did not want the "Las Vegas Public Radio" brand heard on southern Nevada airwaves.

Policy at the Nevada Department of Education by these state employee embezzlers and it's superintendent at the direction of "certain" state legislators shows the Nevada Department of Education concocted a NPR slush fund under the disguise of a Public Broadcasting System (PBS) grant program through Nevada State Bill 555 that included two tier language structures (primary/secondadry "stations") to access federal tax payer funds flowing into the "agency" via the state and federal government.

Except the Telecommunications Act of 1934 in the following section: SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities never contained any language for primary or secondary stations.

These state employees and it's superintendent "purposely" wrote "primary/secondary stations" language into the PBS grant program to ensure the tax payer dollars flowing into the state connected to scam/sham formulas and having Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) "grantee" requirements to block others like the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate And KIOF with the necessary infrastructure funding to operate the Emergency Alert System (EAS).

Yes these fucking socialist and communist bastards did it purposely to enact a socialist and communist style PBS grant program of broadcaster "control" in direct violation of the 1st Amendment. And it's time to start placing these socialist and communist bastards associated to these "programs" in prision for the hardships they have caused including the forced closure of the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate and KIOF back on January 20, 2025. All those documents have been available on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website since 2022 for public inspection.

Could NPR & PBS Attorneys/Lobbyists along with State of Nevada Department of Edication employees (including it's superintendent) as well as "certain" state legislators be heading to state & federal prisions for their roles in the NPR & PBS Grift (swindling & government censorship) to circumvent the very basic Telecommunications Act of 1934 in the following section: SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities?

A simple answer is "yes" and the lookback period for prosecutors will be 20 years of present & past NPR & PBS Attorneys/Lobbyists along with State of Nevada Departmet of Education Employees (and it's superintendents) along with certain State Legislators for their roles as accomplices to rob the tax payers to selectively serve and favor "certain" NPR & PBS Affiliates of their scam/sham grant programs. The grant programs these crooks concocted never matched a simple single federal statute which now puts them all in state and federal prisions one by one: Telecommunications Act of 1934 in the following section: SEC. 393. Many can see this occuring after next week's U.S. Senate vote so the U.S. Department of Justice can declare NPR, PBS & CPB as RICO entities (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). This will allow the raids of NPR & PBS Attorneys/Lobbyists to commence as well as the U.S. Marshals knocking on the doors of past and present State of Nevada Departmet of Education Employees (including superintendents) and certain State Legislators and walking them out of the agencies and state capitols or their homes for their part in the NPR & PBS Grift (swindling and government censorship) robbery. 80,000,000+ Americans could watch the 119th Congress strip out the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 and send these crooks into the dustbin of history. They have been robbing us through selective serving for years and advancing a socialist and communist agenda through these scam/sham PBS grant programs.

The time has now come for prision sentences to be handed down to these crooks as the public broadcasting industry is reset over the next couple of years for FY26 & FY27 by moving it back to the Department of Commerce like pre-1967 as it used to be which would include single page "grant" applications for infrastructure only grants as we start over without the self-entitled NPR, PBS or the CPB crooks or their scam/sham formulas.

There is no turning back to this self serving group of socialist and communist thugs who think they are "entitled" to all of our tax payer dollars for themselves within a public broadcasting industry and we are now finding out that there was already criminal complaints filed as far back as 2020 regarding NPR and the CPB when former FBI Director Wray and former FBI Deputy Director Abate did nothing and allowed these crooks to continue to rob the nation for themselves while they continued to piss on the nation. Former FBI Director Wray and former FBI Deputy Director Abate are no longer at the FBI. Heck, even current FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino bailed from the FBI over these past few days as all the corruption of these crooks is uprooted.

If Republicans do not do this in the next few days, they will be seen no different as aiding and abetting socialists and communists themselves embedded within these "agencies" while the representative Constitutional Republic is restored back to the original 5 federal agencies like it was before these socialists and communists started to screw with the Republic after the Eisenhower and Kennedy years back in 1965.

Better listen to President Trump, Republicans because we all know what has occured. Oh yeah, don't forget to contribute to Las Vegas Public Radio here on the Las Vegas Public Radio Interactive Public Radio Service (IPRS) for testing the next generation of the Emergency Alert System (EAS). You can also send over a foundation grant, corporate sponsorships or other support to keep the Las Vegas Public Radio Interactive Public Radio Service (IPRS) operational during the transition of the public broadcasting industry back over to the Department of Commerce as the Republic is restored.
